Project 2012

We had Grace Wangui and Monicah Njoki start school at Kahete Youth Polytechnic School after they had finished Primary School. Depending on their abilities, they can learn different professions there. Another 3 children were newly admitted shortly after our visit in February. Their condition was really serious so that we had to act. (You can see photos of the children at the end of this page.)Ann Ayuyu has attended Murucuru Secondary School since February. Esther had been there before as well. We paid school fees, books, uniforms and what else the children need every year for one year ahead.

Hand knitted dolls for the children of Allemano Special School.

All purchases for the orphanage were carried out by us. Here you see Wilma and Daniel.

We distributed clothing, which we had brought from Germany, not only in the home.

We admitted these 3 children in 2012. They were malnourished and in a state of dilapidation. Their hands and feet suffered from fleas called jiggers.
